Proposed network
Due to economic constraints, the Outline Business Case for a mass transit network will only consider options without significant tunnelling. These will be presented at a West of England Mayoral Combined Authority meeting in September.
East corridor and old market
The shortlisted East Corridor route (EC08) from the Strategic Outline Business Case would run through Old Market Street and West Street on its path towards Kingswood and eventually Emersons Green. We would encourage the consideration of the project's effect on Old Market and how it could be a vehicle for positive change and Neighbourhood Plan implementation.
